Fone Solutions are a one stop phone shop, selling phone accesories, and solving with phone repairs. They were looking to move away from impulsive, short term advertising, to a more strategic long term approach. We pulled together a comprehensive marketing strategy, focusing on both customer retention and new business. Our marketing strategy addressed the key challenges facing Fone Solutions, and within their allocated budget.
What did we do?
- Produced fresher, stronger, more professional and appealing material
- Local press advertising – we selected the correct product for their market
- Design a new fresh looking website www.mobilephonevault.com which enable sales online and to support Fone Solutions shop.
- We are in the process of running a Google adword campaign - which will help our client’s Google ranking to the top 3 of page 1 on a google search
- We introduced customer incentives and simple, effective promotions to insure a greater customer retention
- We’re currently building a contact strategy for Fone Solutions, that allows them to ‘touch base’ withthier customers as much as possible
